Talk to the person who built it
FormHeron is operated by one person in India. There is no support tier, no ticket queue and no chatbot — one address, read by the person who wrote the code.
Support
Open in your mail clientBeing straight with you about expectations: this is a one-person product, so there is no formal SLA and no guaranteed response time — the same thing our Terms say. In practice most email gets answered within a working day or two. If something is actually down, say so in the subject line.
What to include
Something is broken
Include your form's public key and roughly when it happened — that is usually enough to find the request in the logs without any back and forth.
A question the docs did not answer
Worth checking the docs first for error codes, webhook verification and framework setup. If it is not there, it is a gap worth telling us about.
Read the docsBilling, refunds or cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Email if something looks wrong on an invoice.

A processor DPA is available on every plan, free included. The sub-processor list and where data is stored are already published.
Read the DPAWho you are emailing
FormHeron is run by an individual based in India. Lead data is stored in the EU (Amsterdam); support operations happen from India. Both facts are published in the sub-processor list rather than left for you to discover — if your client’s procurement team needs that in writing, it already is.
